※Management •You are responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of all activities related to Sales, Procurement and Production Planning •Provide leadership for building and implementing department strategies and processes through active oversight of functional teams and projects, and mentor functional leaders through teamwork and developing successful solutions •Function as the main point of contact for our colleagues from Supply Chain Netherlands •Set up and manage team KPI’s •Reporting directly to General Manager
※Sales •Ensure continuous order alignment according planned demand and orders from the Netherlands •Bridge builder between Supply Chain Netherlands and Sales Taiwan •Ensure seamless order intake & confirmation, delivery according planning, and timely invoicing
※Procurement •Visit and assess supplier performance, analyzing capacity issues and ensure alternative suppliers are in place when needed •Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels •Monitoring of price changes and assess impact on product pricing, operations and overall profitability •Push for cost optimization through continuous evaluation of and negations with suppliers •Facilitating timely budgetary quotations from suppliers to assess new product’s technical & commercial feasibility •BOM build up and cost pricing, in cooperation with R&D and Engineering
※Production Planning & ERP •Ensure stable and continuous production, whilst best meeting planned demand from the Netherlands •Adjust production planning according to Sales requests to meet changes in market demand •Strategize production requirements based on yearly look-ahead considering production efficiency •Propose improvements on production efficiency and required staffing •Ensure production start-up of new products according to planning •Improve ERP interfacing between Taiwan and the Netherlands
