Native Math Teacher

Location: Shilin District, Taipei, Close to Taipei American School Requirements: Must be able to teach Math in fluent English. Must hold at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Must have at least 1 year’s teaching experience Job Description: All classes are 1-1 or 2-1 small group classes, with the majority of students coming from international schools. The job requires teaching levels ranging from lower school to upper school levels of math and/or science. Teaching content is categorized as lower level general math or science, pre-algebra, algebra 1/2, geometry, pre-calculus, upper level calculus, and test prep for SAT2, ACT, and ISEE. Salary: Fixed monthly salary based on qualifications and teaching levels, with potential for a raise or promotion based on performance after the first few months. Other benefits: annual vacation leave, contract completion bonus, possible overseas trip. Hours: 40 hours per week from MONDAY-SATURDAY. Out of these hours, 20-25 hours per week are required teaching hours. The remaining hours are office/ administrative hours.
