New Business Development Senior Executive (Worldpanel Division)
【What You’ll Do】
Sales Prospecting & Funnel Management • Support daily pre-sale tasks. • Take ownership from sales funnel process: from prospecting, client outreach, meeting setup, pitching, to client onboarding, and billing coordination. • Maintain and update the weekly NBD pipeline for tracking business progress.
Pitching & Proposal Preparation • Prepare pitch materials, including data validation, preview of category trend report, market observation, and pitch deck output. • Develop the capability to independently lead small to mid-scale pitches under manager’s guidance.
Client-Centric Sales Enablement • Adopt a sales and growth mindset: proactively commercialize Panel services and new products offerings, bring inspiring and client-first solutions to prospects. • Work closely with marketing on business-enabling initiatives, e.g., webinars, events, PR, POV writing, and content preparation.
Regional Collaboration • Act as the key point of contact (SPOC) for regional requests related to Taiwan’s New Business Development activities (e.g., Panel introduction, data precheck, pricing quotation).
Reporting Line • Report directly to the NBD Director/Lead, and work within NBD/MKT team.
【What We’re Looking For】
2 – 3 years of B2B experience in account management, business development, consulting, market research, or agency. Passionate about business development, partnership building, and FMCG/retail industry. Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and disciplined in time and project management. High adaptability to a multi-tasking, evolving environment, with proactive mindset Strong presentation and storytelling skills to engage prospects demonstrating commercial curiosity. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, capable of creating polished and effective pitch materials. Data sense, and respect for true data value. Experience in analysing market data and translating it into actionable insights for business development purposes would be a plus. Fluent in Mandarin (required); proficient in English communication (preferred). Why join Kantar?
