Onboarding Engineer

• Lead technical onboarding for new partners, guiding them through setup, configuration, and integration with our AI compute cloud platform.
• Develop and deliver technical documentation, tutorials, and best practices to accelerate adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to streamline onboarding workflows and resolve integration challenges.
• Act as the voice of partners, gathering feedback and advocating for features or improvements.
• Build tools and scripts to automate onboarding tasks and improve efficiency.
• Provide training sessions, demos, and support for partner teams as needed.
• Monitor onboarding metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve the partner experience.
