Develop and execute cross-border e-commerce strategies for the Vietnam market, including managing platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to achieve sales and growth targets. Set and achieve sales goals by implementing competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maintain market competitiveness and profitability. Optimize product listings, store performance, and platform visibility to drive traffic and conversion rates while monitoring operational efficiency. Lead promotional campaigns, manage digital advertising budgets, and optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to drive customer acquisition and retention programs. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to the company. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) and external partners (vendors, platform representatives) to ensure business result in progress. Manage inventory effectively, ensuring accurate product information and timely stock updates for the Vietnam market. Oversee the optimization of product content, ensure brand consistency, and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement. Identify and create new e-commerce business opportunities in Vietnam while staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct market analysis, and implement performance improvement initiatives to continuously enhance e-commerce operations. Train and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment while aligning with strategic objectives.
