Project Manager

[Responsibilities and Expectations] -Drive end-to-end project execution for hardware programs, ensuring timely delivery, product quality, and cost targets. -Collaborate with function teams (Sales/Presales, firmware/software, mechanical, electrical, RF/Ant, QA) and external partners (ODMs, CM/JDMs). -Lead milestone planning, risk management, status reporting, design reviews, and schedule coordination. -Ensure that product specifications meet Unabiz’s performance and compliance requirements (FCC, CE, TELEC, OTA). -Guide prototype builds, EVT/DVT/PVT, and validation cycles. [Skills and Experience] -6+ years of experience in project/program management for consumer/industrial electronics, with a strong focus on battery-based products. In-depth understanding of product development processes, including DFx, BOM management, and manufacturing transfer. -Track record of working with CM/ODM/JDM partners. -Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin. -Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
