Software product and project management, including product feature design with detailed specifications, defining the requirements for development, and quality control by working with QA teams. 5. Explores market demands, current/potential competitions, and customer needs to create/modify/change the product design. 6. Collaborate with multiple teams, including RD/QA/UX/support and other PMs, for cross-team development to ensure RD teams deliver qualified results on time by following the product roadmap. 7. Analyze and summarize customer feedback for product improvement or provide solutions for customer support. 8. Oversees product life cycle and development to plan and execute the product roadmap.
