-Responsibilities- .Plan, craft, and publish high-quality, platform-optimized content across key social networking platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. .Develop social media strategies that align with global marketing campaigns and product launches, in both B2C and B2B contexts. .Organize and coordinate multi-post, multi-stakeholder projects involving oversight from designers, copywriters, and management. .Monitor social performance and provide actionable insights using tools such as Hootsuite, Iconosquare, Sprout Social, etc. .Stay current with emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices, while helping translate them into fresh and relevant content. .Collaborate with product and creative teams to maintain brand consistency across all global accounts. .Drive engagement with a keen eye for storytelling, visual design, and a degree of self-awareness.
-Must-haves- .Proven experience managing brand social media channels – especially Instagram and LinkedIn. .Strong content planning and social campaign coordination skills. .Experience with social analytics tools, and confidence in turning data into useful insights in reports. .Ability to write, edit, and communicate professionally in English. .Good attention to detail, while still bringing creativity and a fresh perspective. .Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. .Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural team with strong cross-functional collaboration. ,Some level of basic video production and graphic design for social media purposes.
-Nice-to-haves- .Personal affinity for photography, videography, or digital illustration, as well as an interest in monitor/display technology. .Experience in multi-channel campaigns supported by other functions (e.g. paid media). .Knowing when to push vs uphold ‘brand tone’. .Experience working in a global business environment. .Familiarity with common social content creation tools such as Canva, Capcut, and Adobe’s suite of creative software.
