Responsibilities: ● General Administration: Manage deliveries, security, and office facilities. ● Experience Matters: Leverage your relevant experience in maintaining office and pantry supplies. ● Mail Handling: Efficiently collect, sort, and distribute daily mail, including postage. ● Facility Maintenance: Keep our office facilities top-notch, from desks and chairs to lights and air conditioning. ● Building Liaison: Collaborate with building management on facility-related matters. ● Onboarding Support: Welcome new team members by setting up their workspaces and providing security cards. ● Employee and Visitor Pass Management: Oversee passes for employees and visitors. ● Event Coordination: Organize and support company internal events and activities, from Town Hall Meetings to festive celebrations. ● Ad-Hoc Support: Tackle other duties as assigned by your supervisor, contributing to our success in every way.
