Senior Technical Specialist

The Scientific Laboratory Services (SLS) Senior Technical Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to Pall Micro Electronics customers to achieve business growth. His or Her activity will include developing filtration solutions to customer needs, present or generate data to support Pall solutions to close sales opportunities, troubleshooting filter performance issues, providing product/application presentation.. This position reports to the SLS Manager and is part of the Taiwan SLS team. This role will be located <Zhubei, Hsinchu>, Taiwan.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Technical specialist for commercial business unit • Interact with customer to solve technical issues, work with sales and marketing to close filter sales opportunity • Obtain technical VoC for filter needs and Provide technical seminars to customers • Interact with internal teams for filter Continuous Improvement Plans (Research & Development, Sales, Quality and Marketing) • Perform testing for customer issues, and write report
