Your view of composites is about to change. ●Responsibilities: • Process vendor invoices by performing 2 way and 3 way matching • Make sure vendor payment requests are approved in NUEiP before processing • Enter payment details in CTBC platform for managers to approve • Process employee expense reports based on company policy • Review Purchase Orders and assign account code • Review and maintain vendor files/contracts for all vendors • Prepare VAT tax return and any required tax withholding tax filing • Maintain fixed assets schedule including calculation of monthly depreciation and physical count • Perform intercompany transactions reconciliations with US HQ • Support annual audits and annual corporate income tax filing 工作職責 • 透過執行雙向和三方匹配來處理供應商發票 • 確保供應商付款請求在處理前已在系統中獲得核准 • 在 CTBC 平台輸入付款詳情，供高層批准 • 根據公司政策處理員工費用申請 • 審查採購訂單並建立帳戶代碼 • 審查並維護所有供應商的供應商文件/合約 • 準備增值稅報稅表和任何所需的預扣稅申報表 • 維護固定資產計劃，包括計算每月折舊和實體盤點 • 支援年度審計和年度企業所得稅申報
