Technical Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement technical marketing roadmaps and strategies in PCIe, optical communications and other related datacenter high-speed interconnects applications, ensuring they align with market trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages. • Build strong relationships with key industry customers, ODMs/OEMs and partners to understand the key product requirements and feature sets. • Understanding technical standards specifications, and potentially participating in industry standards bodies as required. • Understand the technical customer needs and industry standards requirements to define the Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) including new product specifications and feature sets where our design team can implement in development. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. • Create technical marketing materials, including product briefs, datasheets, white papers, and presentations for pre and post product marketing and sales promotions. • Plan and execute product launch and promotional trade shows, ensuring smooth coordination between product teams, sales, and customers. • Support sales teams by providing technical support, training, and creating sales enablement materials to close deals. • Provide regular updates to leadership on marketing performance and outcomes.
