As a professional recruitment consultant, you will undertake recruitment assignments in pre-defined functions that cover: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Network, build, and maintain client relationships. Identify and approach prospective candidates. Conduct confidential interviews and assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility. Present shortlisted candidates and provide profile summaries. Arrange/ Prepare/ Debrief candidate/client before and after interviews. Negotiate offer on client and candidate’s behalf. Assist in facilitating candidate’s resignation and transition to new company.
