• Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to expand MiTAC Digital’s off-the-shelf (OTS) smart retail solutions across Europe and North America. • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key channel partners, including system integrators (SIs), value-added resellers (VARs), and distributors. • Work closely with internal product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure partner alignment and success. • Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover new opportunities, understand partner needs, and guide go-to-market strategies. • Set sales targets, develop revenue forecasts, and monitor channel partner performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded. • Provide partners with necessary training, sales tools, and ongoing support to drive successful solution selling. • Represent MiTAC Digital at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand awareness and establish new partnerships. • Ensure all channel activities are aligned with MiTAC’s broader business objectives and contribute to strategic growth.
