專案PM - 內部系統數位化| Digital Transformation Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead system migration efforts, drive cross-functional initiatives, and enable operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys bridging business needs with technology solutions.

Note: Location must be based in Taipei office

Key Responsibilities

  1. System Sunsetting & Migration (5%)

Manage timelines and execution plans for retiring legacy systems. Ensure successful migration of features into replacement platforms. Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption and maintain business continuity.

  1. Cross-Team Collaboration (30%)

Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors to advance digitalization initiatives. Facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, and ensure alignment across teams.

  1. Program & Project Management (30%)

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and escalate risks. Support program-level reporting, including timelines, dependencies, and risk assessments.

  1. Operational Enablement (20%)

Define and document new processes, SOPs, and workflows to support the adoption of new tools and systems. Assist in training and onboarding end-users during system rollouts.

  1. Ad Hoc Initiatives (15%)

Lead additional transformation-related projects such as vendor evaluations, process improvements, and change management efforts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, digital transformation, or IT/business coordination roles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently. Familiarity with system migration, process design, and change management is a plus.
