專案專員Project Executive

工作職能 1、熟悉大型化工程物流業務流程,物流政策,有豐富的專業知識及運輸管理經驗; 數據敏感 2、有良好的的溝通能力、學習能力、行動能力、應變能力和解決問題的能力性,分析及統籌能力。 3、有團隊合作精神和敬業精神; 有良好的的職業道德 4、現場監裝; 5、船舶跟蹤; 6、報表製作; 7、相關貨物與文件拍照留存; 8、收集車輛與船舶資訊,掌握物流市場動態; 9、對市場敏感且可蒐集市場資訊與價錢 10、協助專案經理與其他同事完成主管交代的各項工作。 SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES The Project Coordinator will take direction and work harmoniously with the Project Manager to achieve project success and will assume the role of being the main point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager. 1.Assumes responsibility for the efficient, timely, and accurate completion of site/project functions. 1.1 Oversees operational and transportation activities. Supervises the scheduling and delivery of site/project services 1.2 Monitors and supervises service quality, safety and efficiency. Identifies problems and resolves them quickly and effectively. 1.3 Regulates work flow to ensure optimal service delivery. Monitors vessel, SPMT, truck scheduling to ensure that services are completed according to deadlines. 1.4 Writes procedure documents and completes related reports and records. 1.5 Supervises the allocation and distribution of necessary materials and supplies. 1.6 Ensures that services are delivered in accordance with established performance, safety, and quality standards. 2.Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Company personnel and management. 2.1 Works closely with shipping and transportation to maintain schedules and implement changes and revisions in operational procedures. 2.2 Provides assistance and support to related departments as required. 2.3 Keeps Senior Management informed of site/project activities and any significant problem 3.Assumes responsibility to manage and assist in the project administration duties, ensuring accuracy and the delivery of information to our client and internal departments. 3.1 Creation of daily reports and submittal to the client 3.2 Collection, completion, and review of daily work management, safety, manpower, equipment, and cargo items for accuracy. 3.3 Collation of daily timesheets and forwarding to head office for process 4.Maintain client relations 4.1 Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements 4.2 Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team 4.3 Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner 4.4 Track & manage official communications to and from clients 4.5 Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may I impact client relations 5.Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned. 5.1 Ensures that work areas are clean, secure, and well maintained. 5.2 Stays informed of developments and changes in service delivery techniques and methods. 5.3 Performs operational and maintenance duties as needed. 5.4 Completes special projects as assigned.
