TITLE: Asia Small Molecule/Large Molecule BD Job Summary Sell Bora Pharmaceutical’s CDMO services, primarily in Asia Pacific and secondarily on a global scale. Develop sustainable business relationships at key levels within current and potential customer companies. Target high-priority accounts, concentrating efforts where ROI is the greatest. Sell services to align with individual, divisional, and corporate goals and objectives. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: A. Plans and prioritizes individual sales activities and client/prospect contacts. Manages the business portfolio in the assigned territory based on an agreed market development strategy and sales plan. B. Maintains and develops existing and new clients. Utilizes the latest consultative selling practices and collaborates with relevant functional departments to optimize service quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction. C. Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities. Provides relevant reports and information. D. Attends and presents at external client meetings and internal meetings with other departments necessary for duty performance and business development. When appropriate, guides clients and prospects on facility tours, including laboratory and manufacturing areas. E. Communicates, liaises, and negotiates internally and externally to facilitate profitable business development and sustainable relationships. F. Adheres to Bora’s Corporate Governance and EH&S policies and other industry requirements. Education And Experience A. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10+ years’ experience in-depth knowledge of drug development and manufacturing process and the role of CDMO’s and CMO’s. B. Recent in-depth client interaction in the CMO/CDMO industry. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, terminology, and the latest consultative selling techniques. C. Strong presentation and sales skills, Professionalism, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Potentially familiarizing in Japanese or Korean will be a plus. D. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, conceptualize problems and solutions, and manage time effectively.
