We are seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead our talented engineering teams. Join our innovative team dedicated to building the next generation of a rapidly expanding platform! Key Responsibilities: • Directly and indirectly lead 2+ teams of engineers to build solutions that utilize cloud native architecture to its advantage • Lead in talent and succession planning, encourage innovation, implement cutting-edge technologies, elevate inclusion, offer out of the box thinking, celebrate teamwork, self-organization and diversity • Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of applications • Cultivating team culture, engagement, and spirit • Solving complex business problem and provide best solution • Managing stakeholder expectations Required Skills: • At lease 5 years of experience leading software engineers creating customer facing and enterprise facing web applications and/or supporting application services • At least 10 years of experience as a hands-on software engineer • At least 5 years of experience contributing to application and/or data design, architecture and development • At least 5 years of experience managing relationships with Business and/or Product stakeholders, and/or external partners • At least 3 years of experience leading a team within an agile environment • At least 5 years of experience providing direct people leadership including talent development, performance management, team building and succession planning • Experience leading multiple teams • Demonstrated ability to influence senior business and product stakeholders on strategy and roadmaps • Knowledge of software engineering best practices including security, automated testing, continuous delivery (CI/CD), high-availability and system resiliency Good to have skills: • Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure • Exposure to healthcare industry • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering If you are a seasoned engineering leader with a passion for technology and a proven ability to drive success through collaborative and innovative approaches, we want to hear from you!
