People Responsibility: Y Report to: VP & Branch Manager
Job content: To plan, organize, direct, develop, and deliver the Wealth Management services in difference branches in Taiwan. The jobholder is accountable for achieving ROP sales goal of the respective team for Investment, Insurance, TRB, and CIF. Besides achieving AOP, the jobholder is also responsible for growing our market share and establishing HSBC as the most preferred bank for Wealth Management business in the respective area. Effective tactics and a high quality execution are keys to capture the business dynamics and opportunities.
To ensure the growth and profitability of the respective PRM team and to achieve the set ROP To ensure efficient operations of the respective PRM team and to achieve a high standard of Financial Planning that is in line with the bank’s direction To develop the PRM in the respective team in term of job knowledge and demonstration of the bank’s core values To ensure the effectiveness of cross-team cooperation in the branch To enhance the image of the bank as a leading player in Wealth Management business in respective area To foster a positive sales culture that all team members welcome changes and challenges and are highly self-motivated To safeguard the bank from potential losses
