Business Support Executive

Responsibilities: • Adopting the Client’s People Values and ensuring their use is embedded throughout day-to-day tasks and decision making. • Seek opportunities to continually improve working practices to increase efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness • Regional Team and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Champion • Managing facility workspaces, ensuring needs of the Organisation and its employees are met. • Manage all purchasing activities ensuring all procedural requirements are met • Manage the Company fleet of vehicles ensuring necessary insurances, taxes etc maintenance, etc are undertaken. • Manage 3rd parties performing facility services such as waste, cleaning, pest control etc. • Manage and coordinate translation of key Client Documentation into Chinese Mandarin. • Manage all office administration, including management of cloud-based filing system for the region. • Liaise with client and or third parties as requested. • Manage induction of newcomers in line with client induction procedure and support in mentoring new starts. • Liaising with Group Marketing function, lead local marketing efforts. • Supervision and assistance of employees as and when required. • To look for continual improvement within the business and bring new ideas to the table. • Support Region in various ESG initiatives and identify areas where client can make a positive difference to our people and the planet where we live in. • Working on welfare/benefits of client people, such as training and development of colleagues. • Emergency / issues handling • Responsible to manage local legal issues / changes and communicate with back-office functions. • Support Regional Manager to ensure that team is aligned and motivated. • Submit and ensure reports submit ice cards per month • Supporting wider global team as and when required. • Supporting Regional Manager in formulating regional strategy/country entry as and when required. • Develop strong working relations with key stakeholders – clients, colleagues etc. • To be a positive ambassador for client, keep workplace lively and be the one people are looking up to • To take part in mentorship programme and to mentor others when opportunity arises.
