We are looking for a creative and talented Marketing Designer to join our dynamic integrated marketing team as part of Strategic Transformation Center. The ideal candidate will create engaging visual content for various digital platforms, enhancing our brand presence and ensuring consistency across all digital and print marketing materials. This role requires a strong understanding of technology industry communication trends, design principles, proficiency in relevant design software, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into visually appealing designs and communications. Key Job Responsibilities Website UI & UX Design • Develop website structure and wireframes in collaboration with agencies to accommodate diverse content types and communication goals. • Implement SEO and SEM strategies, monitor website traffic using Google Analytics, and generate insights to improve user experience continuously. • Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to refine designs and enhance usability. Digital Marketing Design and Campaigns • Develop and execute creative design strategies for marketing campaigns. Create and design ad creatives (images and videos) for digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Creative Cloud (CC), Adobe Firefly, and Canva. • Design engaging graphics and videos for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and other digital channels to capture the target audience’s attention. • Track the performance of design elements in marketing campaigns and optimize based on data-driven insights Brand Management and Marketing Collateral • Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates to streamline content creation and manage brand consistency across all applications. • Design print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, product catalogs, and trade show graphics, ensuring visual consistency and professional quality. • Collaborate with the Strategic Transformation Office, Sales, R&D, and BD teams to align marketing communication projects with business objectives. Photography and Video Editing • Oversee product photography and edit images for various marketing purposes. Design and produce motion graphics and animations for use in videos, social media, and presentations. • Manage initiatives with in-house resources and third-party vendors, including photographers and videographers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output. Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in interactive design, with 3-5 years in a digital marketing communication related role. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communication, Interactive Design, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in UI/UX design. • Expertise in interactive web design and familiarity with social media platform best practices. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Canva, and experience with video creation and editing tools. • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and visual design. • Experience creating and optimizing ad creatives for platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and programmatic advertising networks. • Ability to track, interpret, and use key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates, engagement rates, and conversion metrics to refine designs. • A strong portfolio (please provide access in your application) showcasing a range of design skills and creative projects.
