此職位的職責主要為專注於細胞系開發的實務操作，結合行業專業知識，包括快速蛋白質生產，用於外部合同服務。工作內容如下: 1)Hands-On Cell Line Cultivation and Passaging • Perform hands-on cultivation and passaging of cell lines, with a focus on CHO and HEK293 cells. 2)Optimize CHO Cell Line Screening Processes • Optimize cell line screening workflows to ensure contract services are completed on time and efficiently. 3)Scale-Up Protein Production • Manage protein production processes from small scale to larger scale, ensuring efficiency and quality. 4)Strong presentation skills for effectively communicating results and processes. 5)General Laboratory Material Management. 6)Support Across Different Division.
