【About the Role】 We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist based in Taiwan who’s excited to help users succeed and take ownership in a global, fast-paced environment. You’ll join a passionate team focused on helping customers achieve success with AdCreative.ai—not just by solving problems, but by proactively driving retention, engagement, and long-term value. In this role, you’ll provide world-class support through chat and email, help customers reach their goals, and play a key part in reducing churn and maximizing revenue retention.

【Responsibilities】

  • Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful support via chat and email.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and guide them through features.
  • Conduct churn-save outreach and demos to retain customers and reduce cancellations.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and help customers realize the full value of the platform.
  • Track and prioritize customer feedback to improve the product.
  • Be the voice of the customer—collaborate with product and tech teams.
  • Contribute to our help center and internal documentation.
  • Join weekly team meetings, brainstorms, and knowledge sessions.

  • Able to cover night shifts (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Taipei time).

【Bonus points if you have】

  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, or other CRMs.
  • Experience in churn reduction, renewals, or revenue retention. -An interest or background in marketing, SaaS, or design tools.
