Data Entry Specialist
Principal Objective
The primary objective of the Data Entry Specialist is to assist Product Managers with administrative tasks and filing processes while collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful progression of a product from its initial concept to production.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Filing and Organization: • Maintain various product-related information in the SAP system. • Update production costs in the system following cost updates from the factory. • Manage spare parts and promotional materials in the system. • Monitor and confirm stock movements for PRN/sample requests. • Organize and submit Product Management (PM) expenses, such as testing, translation, and delivery costs. • Archive and file debit and credit notes and submit the documents to the Finance Department via the BPM system. • Issue debit memos to subsidiary companies for expenses charged to them. • Ensure the daily organization of the showroom, keeping products and related items in order.
Sales Support: • Manage PRN (Product Request Number) tracking and sample management. • Respond to product inquiries.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Education • 1 or more years of experience in an administrative role. • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge • Knowledge or experience with accounting and expense management. • Knowledge or experience in consumer relations or project management is preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stress effectively. • Capable of multitasking and handling multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy. • Able to work collaboratively within diverse teams, securing cooperation and maximum effort. • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with excellent time management and decision-making skills to manage workflows, timelines, and deadlines. • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Technology • Proficient in the MS Office Suite
