Fab Operation Engineer

As a Fab Operation Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee production planning and project scheduling to align with project goals

• Drive improvements in capacity and operational efficiency by leveraging KPI insights

• Manage material usage to optimize inventory and ensure efficient resource planning

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS degree with 2+ years of experience in display, semiconductor, or other high-tech industries
• Familiar with key performance indicators (KPIs) in manufacturing
• Proficient in Mandarin and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled in statistical analysis and experience using data to drive improvements
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau
• Experience in material planning, inventory control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take on new challenges
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
