【職位概述】 We are seeking a skilled Financial Accounting and Administrative Manager to lead and optimize our accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in financial accounting, closing processes, and administrative workflows, with experience in a multinational environment. Exceptional communication skills in English are essential for this role.
【主要職責】
Financial Accounting and Closing:: a. Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. b. Prepare and submit monthly administrative and financial reports to the headquarters. c. Coordinate with local tax and accounting advisory firms to ensure local regulatory requirements are met. d. Oversee all financial transactions, including bank transfers, payroll processing, and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. e. Maintain meticulous financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
Internal Administrative Flow and Contract Management: a. Supervise and streamline administrative workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance with organizational policies. b. Handle the execution, review, and secure storage of contracts, including the use and management of official seals.
【資格要求】 a. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial accounting, closing processes, and administrative management within a multinational organization. b. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. c. Knowledge: Strong understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS or GAAP), tax regulations, and administrative operations. d. Language Proficiency: Comfortable working in English speaking requirement e. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field f. Other Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
