【GQ】Senior Manager for Subcontractor Quality Management

You will communicate directly with them about Micron product quality and reliability, manage deviation and change control, participate in audits, and oversee quality inspections and control functions. You will be also responsible for the vision and management of a department to enable superior department service delivery, a high performing team and the development of current and future Micron leaders. Responsibilities And Tasks: Manage Team Performance: • Develop a high-performing team aligned with company objectives. • Set job responsibilities and performance goals. • Provide ongoing feedback and conduct appraisals. • Monitor department performance and coach future leaders. Build an Effective Team: • Align roles and responsibilities with strategic objectives. • Optimize performance and structure. • Foster teamwork and partnerships across functions. Manage Service Delivery: • Establish strategies and provide consultations on work execution. • Troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with policies. • Handle budgets, system improvements, and performance metrics. Provide Leadership: • Create strategies according to stakeholder and regulatory requirements. • Mentor leaders and collaborate on global solutions. • Communicate corporate objectives and ensure conflict resolution. Collaborate with Stakeholders: • Understand service requirements and align capabilities with expectations. • Measure deliverables and build effective relationships. • Advise senior management on strategic decisions. Ensure Safe and Ethical Work Environment: • Apply safety, labor, and ethics policies. • Ensure mandatory training and resolve potential issues. Education • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering. • Semiconductor background preferred. Experience • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in a global organization.
