Growth Marketing Manager/Specialist

We are novium, a Taiwan-based product design company. Our brand spirit revolves around embracing challenges and exploring the unknown. We are drawn to the excitement of creating unprecedented products. Through continuous exploration and experimentation, we strive to deliver innovative and refined designs, offering our customers refreshing and unique choices.

While our brand’s current focus is primarily on pens, novium’s future is not limited to this category. We are eager to explore any products that align with our brand philosophy, aiming to launch 1-2 new products each year.

Over 90% of novium’s sales come from overseas markets. We work with distributors in multiple countries and operate our own website and Amazon stores in Europe and North America. Since launching our first Hoverpen in 2018, our revenue has doubled annually, with enough sales volume to stack over 70 Taipei 101 skyscrapers! In 2024, we achieved a remarkable annual revenue of 270 million TWD.

Our brand’s growth is driven by insights gained through long-term DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) sales and collaborations with international distributors to validate market preferences. A significant portion of our revenue and profits come from our North American Amazon storefront, launched in 2021. Given this success, we are highly optimistic about the future of our U.S. website. ■ About the Role As Growth Marketing Manager at Novium, you will spearhead the creative development for influencer collaborations, digital ad campaigns, and major seasonal promotions. Your work will shape visual and written materials that resonate with our U.S. audience and drive measurable returns.

■ What You’ll Do

● Influencer Campaign Leadership

  • Develop campaign concepts and themes tailored to U.S. influencers
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to produce on-brand images and clips
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking

● Paid-Media Creative Development

  • Own the creative brief process for Meta and Google ads
  • Guide asset creation from mock-up to final production
  • Ensure all visuals and messaging align with Novium’s luxury, space-inspired identity

● Copywriting & Messaging

  • Craft clear, compelling headlines, taglines, and marketing copy
  • Provide messaging frameworks that sharpen our customer personas

● Seasonal Sales Campaign Support

  • Plan and oversee creative materials for Father’s Day, Black Friday, and Xmas
  • Work with e-commerce to review ROAS, click-through, and conversion metrics and drive post-campaign optimizations

■ Who You Are

● Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2C marketing with a focus on creative campaign execution

● Skills:

  • Native-level English writing and storytelling
  • Proficiency in Canva or equivalent
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Creative thinker who can translate concepts into storyboards and visuals

● Nice to Have:

  • Mandarin proficiency to support coordination
  • Familiarity with performance-marketing KPIs and reporting
