Hardware Engineer – High-Speed Design (Industrial Applications) Location: Zhubei or Taichung, Taiwan Experience: 7+years Industry: Gateway router, Industrial Networking, IPC, Data Center, High-Speed Board Design

We are looking for a Hardware Engineer with extensive experience in high-speed board design for industrial applications such as Industrial PCs (IPC), Ethernet switches, gateway router, or data centers. The ideal candidate will be some experience in designing multi-layer PCBs (8+ layers), working with high-speed interfaces, and optimizing signal integrity for robust performance in demanding environments.

•       High-Speed PCB Design: Architect, design, and develop complex multi-layer PCBs (10+ layers) for industrial applications.
    •       Industrial-Grade Product Development: Design rugged, high-reliability boards that meet IPC, EMI/EMC, and environmental standards.
    •       Schematic & Layout Design: Work with OrCAD and PADs for schematic capture and PCB layout.
    •       High-Speed Interfaces: Design and validate PCIe, Ethernet (1G/10G/25G+), DDR4/DDR5, USB 3.0+, and SerDes interfaces.
    •       Experience in IoT gateway, router interfaces.
    •       Collaboration: Work closely with FPGA engineers, firmware teams, and mechanical designers to optimize system performance.
    •       Hardware testing & Validation: Develop basic test plans, bring-up procedures, and validation reports for prototypes and final products.
