YOUR ROLE
As the HR Business Partner for the 3 manufacturing sites in Adhesive Operations, including Humen Site, Guangzhou and Zhuhai; as well as the HR Manager for Henkel Taiwan and Hongkong Strategic partnership with senior leaders to diagnose & formulate imperative solutions on talent topics related to the entire lifecycle from attraction, recruitment, retention & development. Participate in the business management meetings Lead & manage the Manufacturing Footprint Optimization Projects in Adhesive Operations Being the HR representative for Henkel Taiwan and Hongkong managing daily operations following local law and regulations. Drive culture transformation and manage internal communications across the responsible areas Steering the annual & ad-hoc HR topics such as Talent Reviews, Merit, Bonus & promotion reviews Champion global/regional or country HR initiatives on topics such as Production Workforce Engagement, Employer Reputation, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion etc. Lead & manage Employee Relations issues such as employee disputes, performance issues Provide leadership & leverage HR generalists for overall HR processes, systems related tasks Create space for innovating & providing HR solutions to talent related challenges in the business Other HR Project Related work
