【工作簡介】 The role plays a critical role in driving the success of the products by owning deep product knowledge, connecting with users and market trends, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across design, marketing, and sales. This role is responsible for ensuring that product development is aligned with customer needs and that marketing and sales teams are empowered with accurate and compelling product information.
【工作內容】 _Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all the products, including features, benefits, materials, and construction. _Conduct competitive and market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. _Engage with users, collect feedback, and identify improvements or innovations for product development. _Collaborate with the design team to translate market insights into actionable product development initiatives. _Support marketing and sales by preparing detailed product descriptions, features, and benefit highlights. _Assist in the creation of sales and marketing tools such as training guides, sales decks, and FAQs. _Coordinate product testing and wear trials to validate product performance and gather user feedback. _Provide internal training to sales reps, distributors, and retail partners. _Act as a liaison between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service teams. _Monitor and analyze product reviews, social media feedback, and influencer commentary for actionable insights.
【需求條件】 _Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Management, or related field preferred. _5+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or customer research. _Strong understanding of product lifecycle and consumer behavior. _Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. _Ability to translate technical product details into clear, customer-friendly language. _Experience working in cross-functional teams. _Fluent in English.
