[Long-Term Contractor] DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities: · Deployment Oversight: Oversee the Cloud based web product deployment process to staging and production environments · Web product maintenance and troubleshooting in the Cloud environment · Bug Tracking and Resolution: Promptly identify and resolve issues. Utilize tracking systems to document bugs and work with engineering teams to implement permanent solutions. · Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in retrospectives and quality feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement in LQA/localization processes and workflows. Propose and implement changes that enhance efficiency and quality. · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with L10N Engineers, Language Managers, and Program Managers to refine processes and deliver exceptional multilingual services. · AI and Technology Applications: Incorporate AI-driven methodologies to support LQA activities. Use machine learning and automation tools to aid in the testing and validation of translations.

Required Skills and Experience: · Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CI/CD using version control systems like GitHub, Jenkins, and familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud deployment, Log analysis tools, Spring Boot, MySql · Languages: Java, Linux Shell, or Python · Communications: Must be fluent in English, and effective communication with remote teams · Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to design effective tests and interpret complex data accurately. · AI and Machine Translation Understanding: Knowledge of AI-driven processes and machine translation technologies, with a focus on enhancing LQA through technology. · Quality Assurance: background in quality assurance is nice to have, specifically in localization (L10N). · Problem Solving and Communication: Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication capabilities, able to clearly articulate issues and solutions within cross-functional teams.
