- Develop and execute cross-border e-commerce strategies for the Vietnam market, including managing platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Set and achieve sales goals by implementing competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maintain market competitiveness and profitability.
- Optimize product listings, store performance, and platform visibility to drive traffic and conversion rates while monitoring operational efficiency.
- Lead promotional campaigns, manage digital advertising budgets, and optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to drive customer acquisition and retention programs.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) and external partners (vendors, platform representatives) to ensure business result in progress.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring accurate product information and timely stock updates for the Vietnam market.
- Oversee the optimization of product content, ensure brand consistency, and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Identify and create new e-commerce business opportunities in Vietnam while staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct market analysis, and implement performance improvement initiatives to continuously enhance e-commerce operations.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment while aligning with strategic objectives.
