Organizational Strategy & Development Manager
About the Opportunity: We are looking for a strategic and analytical Organizational Strategy & Development Manager to join our COO Office. This role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s organizational structure and performance management strategy, working closely with cross-functional leaders to enhance alignment, efficiency, and scalability.
Responsibilities: ● Partner with the COO to design and iterate on the company’s organizational structure, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities. ● Drive organizational planning including headcount mapping, prioritization frameworks, and identification of roadblocks across departments. ● Support the strategic planning process, including budget input and functional alignment with company OKRs. ● Lead the development and implementation of KPI frameworks across business teams, helping them define clear, measurable goals. ● Conduct regular KPI audits and track performance against goals; highlight gaps and improvement opportunities. ● Provide consultation on performance management best practices, including performance check-ins, feedback cycles, and evaluation processes (optional depending on team readiness). ● Collaborate with Business Units and HRBP to support org-level development initiatives, change management, and organizational health improvements.
Requirements: ● 5+ years of experience in organizational strategy, business operations, or management consulting. ● Demonstrated experience in organizational design, KPI frameworks, or strategic planning processes. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership. ● Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and/or data visualization tools; experience with project management platforms is a plus. ● Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
