Product Manager (PM)

Summary: We are seeking a Product Manager with a background in Computer Science or a related field to lead the vision, development, and roadmap of our platform. As a critical link between technical teams and business objectives, you will ensure our platform evolves to meet market demands while supporting customer-specific customizations. Technical experience is highly valued, especially for candidates transitioning from R&D to product management. Responsibilities: ● Define the product vision and strategy, aligning it with company objectives and customer needs. ● Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and customer value. ● Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery. ● Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to continuously refine the product. ● Support customization projects by providing clear guidance on product capabilities and scope. ● Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and ensure differentiation. ● Work closely with marketing, sales, and project management teams to ensure alignment across all stages of the product lifecycle. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ● 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in software or AI-related industries. ● Strong technical understanding of software development, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams. ● Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams. ● Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
