Quality Engineer 品質工程師
Your mission is to ensure Wooting’s product quality. Every task you handle makes a difference for customers who trust Wooting.
This morning, you identify a recurring issue flagged by Customer Service that may impact an entire batch. After analyzing data, you arrange product returns, collaborate with the Tech Support, TPM, and engineers, and alert the production line to investigate and resolve the root cause with the supplier.
Meanwhile, you prepare QC instructions for a new product, aligning with the supplier and ID team to create a QC-SOP. By day’s end, the issue is resolved, actions are logged, and the problem is closed.
Being a Quality Engineer, you’re constantly connected with your team, sharing insights, solving problems, and pushing for improvements. But your work isn’t confined to your desk, sometimes it takes you even further — boarding a flight to China, walking the factory floor, ensuring every detail is just right.
