Research Scientist (Semiconductor Process)

Key Responsibilities: The main responsibility is to develop chemical solutions to the engaging customers and meet customer technical requirements on semiconductor wet clean and treatment processes. The engaging customers are mainly R&D/production functions in Global IC, DRAM and LED fabs. This position is responsible for: Formulating chemical products to solve customer technical issues and challenges. DOE tests for daily formulation development and setting up/conducting planned series of experiments and analyses. Methodology development for formulation analysis such as Karl Fischer, alkalinity and acidity auto-titration. Assisting in raw material sourcing and EHS documentation setup. Assisting in the scale-up of material from R&D to production. Assisting in raw material purification to meet customer requirements. Qualifications PhD by training in the field of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science, or master degree with more than 5 years experience in semiconductor field. Fully understanding of the product development cycle. Experience and knowledge in post etching reside removal or semiconductor wet clean chemistry will be a plus. Good project management skills and communication skills are highly recommended. Fluent in English.
