We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Senior QA Engineer to join our team and support the quality assurance efforts of the Access Point (AP) Onboarding process. You will play a key role in ensuring product reliability through structured testing, clear documentation, and active collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases Identify, document, and track issues with clear and concise reports Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve problems Contribute to the enhancement of test processes and workflows Provide timely updates and communicate issues effectively in English Support initiatives for improving test coverage and automation Required Skills: Familiarity with Python Familiarity with any test automation tools or interest in learning them Proficient in written and verbal English for meetings and documentation Team-oriented mindset with solid interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to have skills: Prior experience working in international or cross-functional teams Basic knowledge of Linux or shell scripting Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, or CI/CD environments
