Key Responsibilities: • Oversee HR operations for the assigned business function. • Provide comprehensive and timely HR support to managers and staff, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. • Implement HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations and company standards. • Assist HRIS data maintaining and system projects • Promote a positive workplace culture and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. • Coordinate training and development programs for employees. • Assist in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals. • Any other ad hoc activities.
