The Talent Acquisition Leader works based mainly on inbound sourcing channels in line with DECATHLON’s internal and external recruitment objectives. Sourcing & Candidates Attraction Fulfill the recruitment needs of the Team Managers / Team Leaders within his/her scope (jobs / skills / organization / geographical area). Coordinate with the HRBP of the perimeter, the Talent Acquisition Specialist deploys locally or at branch level, a talent acquisition strategy by reinforcing the skills of internal recruitment contributors. Provide information, benchmarks and trends on the evolution of the local market of targeted candidates to implement the right internal and external sourcing strategy Build, maintain and animate a pool of internal and external candidates in anticipation of future recruitment by activating and using the various employer brand communication actions. Build strong external partnerships with recruitment agencies (referencing and evaluation of their performance) and schools to diversify the talent pipeline Produce candidate sourcing actions from inbound sourcing channels (responses to advertisements, referral, school relations, etc.) Coordinate relations with local schools and organize school events in close collaboration with the campus manager. Skills Assessment & Candidate Experience Ensure high standards in the assessment of candidates’ skills in the process, as well as in the quality of the entire internal and external candidate experience. Ensure the implementation of assessment stages, the associated skills scorecards and the holding of debriefing committees (Hiring Committee). Design and run regular recruitment training courses to develop the skills and practices of all stakeholders involved in the recruitment lifecycle process. Promote the implementation of best practices and the achievement of the best results in inclusive recruitment (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion). Promote Decathlon as an Employer Of Choice by communicating its Value Proposition externally (global and local) throughout the relationship with prospects & candidates. Continuous data-driven management of the entire recruitment lifecycle Ensure the integrity of recruitment data used to monitor key performance indicators and measure Return on Investment (ROI) at local or branch level (e.g : recruitment lead times, diversity rates, acceptance rates). Make continuous improvement decisions based on data analysis to measure actions and identify bottlenecks. Ensure an excellent candidate experience and track recruitment metrics.
