Technical Support Manager
Providing technical support for customers about 5GC product implementation Co-work with Product Manager to penetrate market technology Assist system evaluation and construction in industrial system Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems on 5G networks On-site support customers in emergency situations Be knowledgeable and proactive on communicating to R&D about customer issues and observations during issue replication. Manage support cases to ensure customer issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are finished in a timely manner Prepare and deliver training sessions for customers Manage technical support team to ensure efficient service delivery
