TW Retail Channel Manager The Role: The Retail Channel Manager is responsible for managing and expanding retail sales channels to drive business growth, optimize product category performance, and enhance Logitech’s presence in the consumer retail landscape in Taiwan. This role will lead Key Account strategies, foster long-term partnerships, and identify new business opportunities in the retail sector.

  1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth • Drive sales performance in alignment with company targets through structured account strategies and annual planning. • Align category focus and channel execution with overall business direction to support sustainable growth. • Act as the voice of the retail channel to ensure customer needs are reflected in broader planning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate retail insights into strategic initiatives.
  2. Channel Expansion & In-Store Execution • Identify and assess new business opportunities across traditional and emerging retail formats. • Lead the onboarding process for new accounts, including commercial alignment and operational readiness. • Improve in-store execution by optimizing shelf presence, enhancing product presentation, and deploying guided selling tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost category visibility and consumer conversion.
  3. Sales Operations & Performance Optimization • Oversee sell-in forecasting, inbound planning, sell-out tracking, and inventory coordination to ensure operational efficiency. • Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners, providing insights to drive performance. • Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution across retail touchpoints. • Analyze promotion and campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies and improve ROI.
