Tasks:
Support for our existing chinese OEM customers (bicycle manufacturer) and Key accounts (dealers, whole salers) digitally and on site Tapping into new market segments and generating new customer contacts Mouthpiece between the internal sales department and Supply Chain Team Create analyses and develop KPIs for the customer portfolio Collaboration on business development topics, e.g. setting up and developing our CRM system and further development of the product range Support in the further development of the Sales (team) and prospective takeover of Personnel Responsibility Profile:
Successfully completed studies with technical and/or business orientation 3-5 years of professional experience in sales in a medium-sized manufacturing companies, ideally in the bicycle industry Strong technical understanding and interest Appropriate knowledge in the field of Sales and Project Management Negotiation skills, confident appearance and assertiveness Willingness to travel Very good knowledge of Mandarin and English in Word and Writing Familiarity with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
